The grounds for appeal by the defendant for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are as alleged in the first instance, and even if the evidence submitted to the court of first instance shows the whole purport of the pleadings in the entries in the evidence Nos. 4 through 8 (including the number of branch numbers) submitted by the defendant in the trial, it is just to recognize and determine the facts of the court of first instance, and there is no error as alleged by the defendant in the grounds for appeal.

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of the court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance.
