Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2012, at around 12:30 on November 25, 2012, the Defendant, upon receiving a report that “A person drinking alcohol is diving without paying a drinking value,” and subsequently, insulting the victim C (the male and the aged age 49) who was dispatched to the site, who is a police officer, was sexually insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim, i.e., “Isk wres, walk walk walk, walk walk walk walk, walk walk walk.”
