1. As to KRW 167,539,838 and KRW 100,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from April 11, 2019 to September 17, 2019.

The cause of the claim of this case is as shown in the separate sheet (However, ‘creditor' is ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor B' is ‘Defendant', and ‘Defendant B' is ‘Defendant'). It can be recognized by considering the whole purport of the arguments in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

Therefore, as the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended, it is decided as per Disposition by accepting the plaintiff's claim, except for the rejection of part of the damages for delay
