Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2012, around 01:40, the Defendant driven a Category B motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.102% of alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 100 meters from the front day of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu 711-4 Han-dong to the front day of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Gandong to the end of the lutrotebur.
