Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-wheeled vehicle.

1. On October 24, 2014, the above vehicle was driven at around 17:39, and operated without mandatory insurance with approximately 150 meters from the street room in front of 298-16, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front of 233-15, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. A driver's license is revoked on August 22, 2014, driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver's license issued by the commissioner of a district police agency with approximately 150 meters at the same time and place as paragraph (1).
