A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant’s business, on the ground that he did not repay the money that he/she performed at a scamb in Bupyeong-si B around 17:50 on December 13, 2017; (b) caused the Defendant to interfere with the Victim C’s business for about 30 minutes, such as: (c) he/she did not repay the money that he/she performed; (d) shouldered the face of the driver’s scam in his/her face; (d) shouldered the glass balance of the small-scale branch on which he/she was placed in the scamb; and (e) walked the scam, she interfered with the Defendant’s business by exposing the scam for about 30 minutes.

2. In the same date, time, and place as described in paragraph 1, the injured Defendant: (a) caused the victim D by leaving his/her pedal sale to the victim’s face at least once; and (b) caused the victim’s injury to the left-hand ear that requires approximately two weeks of treatment; and (c) caused the victim’s injury to the victim’s face.
