Punishment of the crime

From February 2011, the victim C had been active as the chairperson of the operation committee using a conversation, such as “E”, “F”, and “G” in Internet D Caf, and the Defendant was a member of the above C Caf.

On July 21, 2013, at around 16:24, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s residence located in the H apartment 109 Dong 303, Busan Northern District, by accessing the Internet I homepage using a computer installed therein; (b) using the name of K’s mother, and using the name of his mother on the J bulletin board to “I shall not be married internationally to the victim;” and (c) using the comments on the above bulletin board in the victim’s name, the Defendant read the comments as follows: “I am very uneasy; (d) I am Skyl D’s own view of I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, and I am am am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off the law.”

However, the fact that the victim was a regular member of LKa P, and there was no fact that the defendant filed a complaint by acting for the preparation of the complaint or by submitting false data.

Ultimately, with a view to slandering a victim, the Defendant posted false information openly through an information and communications network, thereby impairing the victim’s reputation, from that time to August 9, 2013, by revealing false information openly via an information and communications network for the purpose of defameing the victim five times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time.
