Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2015, the Defendant, at the Gunsan post office located on the road of 09:05 Simsan-si, Simsan-si, and on December 15, 2015, received a notice of enlistment under the name of the head of the Military Affairs Administration of North Korea to enlistment as an 35 association in the Army on December 15, 2015, but failed to enlist without justifiable grounds until three days after the date of entry.
