Defendant
A, B, C, D, E, and F are "I" living rehabilitation teachers of residential facilities for persons with severe disabilities in Seo-gu Daejeon who are responsible for reporting crimes of child abuse, and victims are disabled persons as residents of the above facilities.

G is the operator of the facility in charge of the decision-making, instruction, and management of the facility, including the employment of facility workers, as the head of the facility.
1. At around 17:40 on February 16, 2019, Defendant A and E jointly committed a crime, Defendant A, at the collective activity room of the said “I” residential facility for persons with severe disabilities, sent the victim J(10 years of age and intellectual disability 1 grade) who read Defendant A as “I,” “I,” in the case of Defendant E, on two occasions, the face of the said victim was knee and knee.

2. Defendant A, on the grounds as stated in paragraph (1), had the victim J as stated in paragraph (1) brought the said victim into the conciliation room and brought the said victim into the conciliation room.
On February 16, 2019, the above Defendant got the victim to the control room of the residential facilities for the persons with severe disabilities as above “I”, and the victim was able to take the victim out of the conciliation room.
