1. The Plaintiff and the bankrupt debtor, Seoul Mutual Savings Bank, Inc. enter into a business agreement and agreement on December 29, 2005.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff (Seoul Mutual Savings Bank) promoted the project to build apartment-type factories and neighborhood living facilities (hereinafter “instant project”) on the 8th floor above the ground level on the 1st floor above the 8th floor above the ground during Ansan-si.
