A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2013, at around 19:10, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol such as blood alcohol level 0.205% in front of the SKecheon Oil Station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, 354-4, and was under the influence of alcohol level 0.205% on the street, and was under the influence of alcohol level 0.205% on the side of the Yecheon-dong Park Park Ho-ho.
