Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in construction labor.

On December 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 16:25, at Jeju-si, sent a sound while under the influence of alcohol in front of D on the street in C market; (b) 112, the Defendant was under the control from the slope F belonging to the Jeju-dong Police Station E-gu, Jeju-do, and was dispatched to the said market, and was under the control from the slope F, and was going to the outside of the said market without any justifiable reason, and sent it to the two inf, who was under the control of the said market; and (c) the Defendant expressed to the slope F, who was under the control of the Defendant, “I am in this weather, I am me,” and the Defendant expressed to the slope F, who was under the control of the Defendant, “I am in both hands, I am a stroke F’s chest with a strokef’s chest, and stroken with a strokef’s stroke.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases.
