1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The change in ownership of shares from March 5, 2001 to March 31, 201 of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) such as the change in the shares of G (hereinafter “G”) is as indicated in the shareholder change list in attached Table 1.

(However, among the shareholders' repayment slips, the "O. 25, 03. 1. 25" of the upper right line is changed to "O. 24, 03. 1. 24."

As a result of an investigation into changes in shares with respect to G from November 11, 2013 to December 27, 2013, the Defendant: (i) deemed that the Plaintiff held title trust with B, C, D, E, and F of shares as listed below; (ii) KRW 72,653,780 as gift tax on March 17, 2014 (i) KRW 8,902,00 as gift tax on February 20, 203; KRW 11,93,980, KRW 980 as gift tax on November 26, 2003; and (iii) KRW 35,00 as gift tax on KRW 14,50 as gift tax on KRW 15,93, KRW 93, KRW 980 as gift tax on September 4, 2007; and (iv) KRW 93,505 gift tax on KRW 15,963,615,64,696.36
