Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2014, at around 01:20, the Defendant, who interfered with the business, was boarding the taxi head of the taxi operated by the victim E prior to the “D coffee stores” located in Young-si, Young-si (hereinafter “D coffee stores”), and arrived at the front of the 56 North-dong, North-dong, North-dong, the destination of which was at around 01:30 on the same day.

When the above victim demanded the payment of KRW 3,360,00, the Defendant paid KRW 3,000 and demanded the remainder of KRW 3,60 to pay KRW 10,000.

그때 피해자가 360원은 받지 않겠다고 사양하자, “야 씹할 놈아, 왜 잔돈을 안 바꿔줘, 한 번 해 볼래, 나도 택시 기사 일을 했던 놈인데 자꾸 까불래”라는 등 욕설을 하고, 한쪽 다리를 조수석 대시보드 위에 올리고 주먹을 움켜쥐고 피해자를 향해 때릴 듯이 위협하였다.

Therefore, the victim sought to leave the said Defendant’s parking lot by requesting the police officer to leave the cab while driving the cab in the G zone located in the F when the Defendant was boarding the cab, and thereafter getting off the cab. However, the Defendant intending to leave the G zone parking lot by driving the cab. However, the Defendant obstructed the said victim’s taxi business by force over about 50 minutes until 02:20 of the same day by putting the cab away from the front of the cab and putting the cab away from the G zone parking lot.

At around 02:20 on July 6, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by committing the Defendant’s act as described in the preceding paragraph at the parking lot for the “Yong Police Station G District” located in Tong Young-si, Tong Young-si, a police officer belonging to the said district patrol team, and obstructed the legitimate performance of official duties by the said police officer by spreading a bath that “I am, spath, spath, and I am, anywhere I am unable to do so.”
