1. Facts of recognition;

A. (E, F, G, H, I, J land and a factory building scheduled to be constructed on the land owned by C and C on April 30, 2014. The purchase price is KRW 1.1 billion, and the down payment is KRW 100 million at the time of the contract, the intermediate payment is KRW 50 million on June 10, 2014, and the balance is KRW 950 million on July 30, 2014, and the sales contract was concluded in addition to the following special agreements.

7. Since the seller's liability at the time of the lapse of 30.30, the buyer is entitled to take occupancy even without any balance.

8. In the case of the preparation of a real estate sales contract, a total of 7,786 parcels in a certified copy of the register shall be jointly composed of 10 and C, and if the parcels are arranged, a contract shall be re-established on June 1, 2014.

Provided, That all conditions shall be the same and shall be changed only on the date of the contract.
