Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative of Da (ju) located in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeonggi-si, and is a user who runs a mechanical manufacturing business using 40 full-time workers.

1. When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay KRW 33,828,223 of the total wages of 4 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement, as stated in the detailed statement of the money and valuables in arrears in the attached Form, including KRW 833,333 on December 12, 2015, from January 19, 2015 to April 30, 2016.
