1. In the crime of interference with business in determining the interference with business as to the obstruction of business of the copy of the medical certificate of injury, the intent of interference with business does not necessarily require the intention of interference with business or planned interference with business, and it is sufficient to recognize or anticipate the possibility or risk of causing interference with business of another person due to his own act, and its recognition or prediction is not definite but not only conclusive but also it is so-called willful negligence (see Supreme Court Decision 2008Do9410, Jan. 15, 2009). The threat of interference with business is neither tangible nor intangible nor intangible, since it does not ask a person's free will as any force that may cause interference with business, and thus, it includes violence, intimidation, social, economic, political status, and pressure based on rights. In reality, it includes the victim's pressure.
