A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 4, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) with the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on March 4, 201, and a fine of KRW 7 million for the same support on August 29, 2012 and for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver's License).
