Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B (44 years of age) and the husband and wife.

On September 30, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:00, 17:00, left the neck (total length) of the Defendant’s house located in Daegu East-gu, Daegu-gu, into the victim’s item, “Wood evidence that the Defendant she was playing with another woman at the end without permission,” and changed the neck into a single brue, and made the Defendant go beyond the victim.

The Defendant, while carrying with himself a neck who is a dangerous object, assaulted the victim.
