Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B, C, and D posted an advertisement of “portable telephone loan” or “work loan” on their respective face-to-face pages, thereby soliciting clients, and allowing the clients to obtain the loan by submitting false documentary evidence of income, etc. to the financial institution, and soliciting them to receive 20% of the loan amount as fee.
