1. The main grounds for appeal by the plaintiff and the defendant in the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance. However, even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance is added to the evidence submitted in this court (written evidence No. 16), the fact-finding and the judgment of the court of first instance are justifiable.

Accordingly, the court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it in accordance with the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just and the plaintiff and the defendant's appeal are dismissed as they are without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
