1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 28, 1979, the Plaintiff purchased T, No. 16, 7, 7,500,000 won in the purchase price, and paid all the purchase price.

B. The Plaintiff et al. filed a lawsuit against Suwon District Court 80Gahap217 against the Plaintiff et al. seeking the transfer registration of co-ownership shares under the Suwon District Court 80Gahap217, which rendered a judgment on October 31, 1980 that “B et al. will implement each procedure for the transfer registration of co-ownership of shares on April 15, 1980 with respect to 1/426 of the shares to the Plaintiff, as of 1/426 shares in Suwon-si, the trust of April 15, 1980.” The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

C. On January 27, 1981, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the termination of the trust on April 15, 1980 with respect to the share of 6/426 square meters in Suwon-si TY 1,751 square meters, Suwon-si. On November 25, 2015, Suwon-si completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of land expropriation on February 6, 2015.

(1) On July 15, 1972, the registration of change of ownership in the name of B, C, X, Y, R, and S was completed on January 29, 1975 as to the above 1/7 shares in the Z on the title of B, C, X, Y, AA, and S, and the registration of change of ownership in the title of B, C, X, Y, A, and S were completed on June 4, 1986.

② On August 13, 2001, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of N,O, P, and Q 7/168 for the shares of N, P, and Q 1/6 shares was completed.

③ On November 26, 2009, AB and L’s respective 1/12 share transfer registration was completed with respect to the said 1/12 share in AB’s name. As to the said 1/12 share in AB’s name, the respective transfer registration of ownership in the name of F on June 21, 2010, and on December 30, 2013 was completed, and on the said 1/12 share in L’s name, respectively.
