Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend any access medium used in electronic financial transactions to any third person while promising to receive such consideration.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on February 28, 2018, paid KRW 3 million per month on the Daegu Northern-gu apartment, the residence of which is around 18:00, Daegu Northern-gu, the residence of which is around 100, 1506, 1002, and 1506.

“In receipt of the proposal, I sent one physical card connected to the Defendant’s name bank account (C) that is an access medium, to the name-oriented person via Kwikset Service.

Accordingly, the defendant promised to receive compensation and lent the access media of electronic financial transactions.
