Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 13:25, 2015, driving B Poter II truck at a section of about 80 meters from the road front of the 1st century, in which the trade name is unknown to the head of both sides interesting station, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as the holder of B Poter II, was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance. However, the Defendant operated the said cargo vehicle on the same date, time, and place as described in the preceding paragraph, at the same time and place as mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
