Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked as security personnel for an unauthorized club without a trade name in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On April 21, 2019, at around 00:39, the Defendant: (a) entered the club with a large number of 112 reports to the effect that the said club was in operation without permission; (b) notified the Defendant of the fact that he was dispatched upon receipt of a report by the relevant slope C; (c) obstructed the above C, and assaulted C’s shoulder by hand at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report handling.
