Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Gwangju District Court on June 5, 2013; on September 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Gwangju District Court on September 13, 2013; on July 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year.

On June 30, 2020, at around 02:10, the Defendant driven a D-purd vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.176% in the section of about 19km from the front road of the C Middle School located in the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-si, to the front road of the conspiracy ginseng distance located in the same Seocho-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu.

As a result, the Defendant violated the “Prohibition of Driving under the influence of alcohol” at least twice.

At around 02:20 on June 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) reported on 112-lanes at the intersection of the Tri-gu Seocho-gu, Seogjin-gu, Seogjin-gu, the Cheongju Police Station Escoping from F, the police box belonging to the Cheongju-gu, the victim slope G (Escop 36 years old), and requested the Defendant to comply with the alcohol alcohol measurement; (b) he escaped from the vehicle, and was arrested as a flagrant offender of drinking driving by the above police officer, and was compelled to enter the port of the victim’s right side by entering the port.

As a result, the defendant suffered an injury to the right side of the victim, which requires treatment for about three weeks, and at the same time interfered with the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of report and drinking control.
