Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 1696] Defendant A was a North Korean separated resident from North Korea around 1998, and Defendant A operated “F Chinese Council member” in both weeks E, and Defendant B was an employee of the said Chinese Council member.

1. Defendant A

A. B. A.
