Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, at the Defendant’s request, ordered the construction of a new new Dagdong Dag Construction in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant promised to pay KRW 24.6 million to the Plaintiff by March 30, 2012.
