A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) infringed on a special residence; (b) the victim D (the 65 years old) located on the 3th floor, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (c) each item (80cm x 3cm x 2cm) and each item (the 80cm x x 2cm) which was dangerous for the victim to get out of the Defendant; (c) but the victim did not open the door; (d) laid down the door door door with the above item; (e) laid down the lock door with a shoulder glass window; (e) laid down the lock door and door; and (e) opened the victim’s house; and (e) cut off the lock door and door by taking the victim’s irregular kitchen, the market price of the victim’s ownership; and (e) continuously cut down the lock door by continuously turning the victim’s toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things into the residence of the victim and damaged the victim's property by carrying dangerous things.

2. Special violence;

A. On March 6, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) the date, place, and the date, place specified in paragraph 1; and (b) whether the victim D was “picked;”

For the reason that this was said to be “Ipule,” I left the part of the victim’s left shoulder one time with each of the above items on the ground that she called “Ipule”.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

B. On October 18, 2017, around 13:15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around October 13:15, 2017: (b) around the aftermath of G, operated by the Victim F (F, 59 years of age) in Gwangju-gu; (c) each item (80cm x 2.5cm x 4cm) which is dangerous for the victim to prevent the Defendant from entering the Defendant’s bath bath while under the influence of alcohol; and (d) the victim’s right direction was set one time to the right.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
