1. The Defendant shall trade the real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 from the Plaintiff as of July 1, 2016, and enter the separate sheet 2.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
3. The Plaintiff partially rejected the remainder 135,120,000 won claimed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 27, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the due date for the remainder payment. However, it is insufficient to recognize that the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff alone alone was insufficient to acknowledge that the Plaintiff fulfilled or fulfilled the Defendant’s obligation to take procedures for ownership transfer registration on each real estate stated in the Plaintiff’s order with the obligation
(A) According to the evidence No. 7, the Plaintiff is deemed to have sent a seller’s certificate of personal seal impression to the Defendant, but there is no evidence to prove that other documents necessary for the application for registration, such as a certificate of right to registration, power of attorney, etc., were provided. Therefore,
