Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-priced car.

On June 14, 2018, around 11:20, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 50 km from the Dolcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, a 2264, the adjacent road, “100 meters away from the Dolcheon-gu, Dolcheon-do, a new Dolcheon-do,” to the direction from the Dolcheon-do to the Dolcheon-do.
