A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2016, at around 12:20, the Defendant driven B rocketing without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 800 meters from the front of the domestic apartment complex located in the Pool-dong in the Pool-si, Pool-si to the front of the Pool 2nd apartment complex in the Pool-si.
