A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed through an information and communications network for 10 years.

Punishment of the crime

[2012 Gohap55] On June 14, 2012, at around 05:00, the Defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) came to be a “Dda” building located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, and opened a door to the said multiple entrance through stairs to rape the female employees who are in the said multiple entrances. However, the Defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) opened the entrance of the said multiple entrances through the stairs, but opened the entrance, but was temporarily stringed, and then he sawed the two floors after putting the gas pipe installed on the external wall of the building.
