All appeals are dismissed.

The costs of appeal are assessed against the Intervenor, and the remainder are assessed against the Intervenor.

Since this case is a small amount case to which the Trial of Small Claims Act applies, only if there is a reason prescribed in Article 3 of the Act, the appeal may be filed with the Supreme Court.

Appellant’s ground of appeal does not fall under any of the above provisions, and thus cannot be a legitimate ground of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
