On August 30, 2013, at around 23:44, the Defendant driven B automobiles from the vicinity of the string-house Haakdong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-dong-dong to the front of the same Hodong-dong Seodong-dong Steel while under the influence of alcohol by 0.113% of alcohol level.
