The first instance court.

The court's explanation of this case, such as the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance, is the same as the statement of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance except for the following parts used for the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance. As such, the court cites it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. The part 7 pages 15 to 20 as

A. The medical personnel of the Defendant hospital: (a) during the first operation of the instant medical institution, the patients with a high risk of blood transfusion fall under the Kenya medication; and (b) during the period of 4 to 6 hours and the maximum of 90 g/lock per day, even when the Kenya is administered. However, the medical personnel of the Defendant hospital constitutes a gold donation of the Kenya, such as (i) Plaintiff A’s appeal of continuous two pains and oral symptoms after the first operation of the instant medical institution, but (ii) during the period from around 17:0 to 24:00 on July 23, 2012, the first operation of the instant medical institution was conducted at least four times in total, and thus, during the period from around 17 to 240,00, the presumption that the Plaintiff’s 120 g/ lock in accordance with the directions for use of the method should be deemed to have failed to comply with the directions for the first operation to prevent the Plaintiff’s 1’s use of the medication.

P. 4) As to the assertion that Kenya was negligent in administering Kenya after the instant first operation, the statement in the first instance court’s 12 to 3 appears to be a clerical error.

A did not have any special opinion immediately after the instant first operation, which was implemented between 11:45 and 15:55 on July 23, 2013, and there was no special opinion. While there was no discovery of the blood transfusion, etc. from the part of the surgery to the brain examination level, even at around 18:49 on the same day, there was no discovery of the blood transfusion from the part of the surgery.
