Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2014, the Defendant prepared and submitted a loan application to C, a seller of the credit card company with the victim’s new card, in an office in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, with a monthly payment of KRW 738,90,00 each month for the loan of the purchase fund for Hyundai Automobile LG car.

However, in fact, in order to receive KRW 100,000,000 from a loan of KRW 100,000,000,000 from the Defendant due to the need for business funds, and to receive KRW 100,000,00,000 from the Defendant

“The loan was implemented according to the direction of Bracker, and there was no intention or ability to repay the loan normally even if the loan was made by the victim.

The defendant received 37 million won on the same day from the victim and acquired it by fraud.
