1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the 210,076 square meters of C Forest land in Kuju-si, the attached reference to the attached Form 46, 47, 48, 49, 45, and 46 respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 7, 1997, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to C forest 210,076 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”) on October 11, 1996 on the ground of successful bid on October 11, 1996, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to shares of 272/1,970 square meters (hereinafter “instant land 2”) on August 22, 201 with respect to shares of 1,970 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”).
B. On February 16, 2001, the Plaintiff leased part of the land No. 1 of this case to the Defendant, and the said lease agreement terminated on May 15, 2004 with the expiration of the period of validity.
C. The Defendant is running mineral extraction business from the land No. 1 and the land F, G, H land owned by the Defendant’s representative director (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) and its ground (hereinafter “Defendant’s building”) before the termination of the lease agreement on the land No. 1 of this case. The Defendant is running mineral processing business on the land from May 2004 and from May 2004 to the present close to the closing date of argument in this case.
Of the instant land No. 1, the attached reference also has been installed on the ship (B) part of 72 square meters (B) connected with each point of 3,34,35, 36, 37, 32, and 33 as indicated in the attached reference, and among the above land, cement structure is installed.
