Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination of conviction of all the charges of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is just. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to a person who either violated the logical and empirical rules and exceeded the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to a person who administers another’s business in the course

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
