1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000, and Defendant B with respect thereto from February 1, 2013; and Defendant C with respect to the said amount.

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim that lent KRW 50,00,00 to the Defendants. Defendant B agreed to return the above amount to the Plaintiff until October 15, 2002, and Defendant C agreed to return the above amount to the Plaintiff until September 2007, thereby seeking joint payment of the above amount by publication: Defendant B’s judgment by publication: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act
