Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who serves as an employee of LG Plus in the “D mobile phone store” located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On May 2, 2015, the Defendant purchased one of the higher weight of the “Lexus Is250” among the F agencies located in Suwon-si E Building A 108, Suwon-si, in 2007.

At the time, the Defendant: (a) received a full loan of the purchase price of KRW 17 million from the I (State) who is the representative director; and (b) concluded a contract to set up a motor vehicle collateral security agreement in which the victim would sell the said motor vehicle at will, for a period from June 15, 2015, for 24 months from June 15, 2015, with the first installment of KRW 881,089 per month from June 23 months after the first installment of KRW 1,019,639.

However, from September 15, 2015, the Defendant delayed the loan of the above vehicle, and pursuant to the above contract establishing collateral security, the Defendant must cooperate with the victim's exercise of the security right and return the above vehicle, which is a security, to the victim.
