1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Defendant) shall draw up the attached Form No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) on the first floor of the real estate stated in the attached
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Before about 20 years prior to D, D entered into a lease agreement between E with regard to the real estate first floor listed in the separate sheet, which leases KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 80,000 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with regard to the portion of KRW 32.59 square meters on board (a) connected each point in sequence, among the real estate first floor listed in the separate sheet, and KRW 1,00,000,000 (hereinafter “instant building”). On May 20, 2009, D increased the lessee to KRW 1,00,000 per month while changing the lessee to the Defendant.
B. D’s death on May 8, 2013 and succeeded to D’s status as a lessor. On May 20, 2015, the deposit for the instant lease was changed to KRW 15,000,000, and the instant lease was implicitly renewed, and the period of termination on May 19, 2018.

2. Determination
A. According to the facts of the judgment on the main claim, the instant lease contract was terminated on May 19, 2018, and thus, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the instant building to the Plaintiffs.
B. The defendant's counterclaim claim and simultaneous performance defense 1) The defendant asserted that the defendant has the right to purchase electrical facilities and gas pipes installed in the building of this case with the consent of the plaintiffs, and thus, the defendant also has a simultaneous performance defense to the effect that the sum of KRW 956,00 for the purchase price of electric facilities and KRW 1,177,00 for the purchase price of gas pipes and KRW 2,13,000 for the purchase price of gas pipes is claimed as a counterclaim and that the building of this case cannot be transferred before the above money is paid.
