1. With respect to real estate listed in the annex:

A. Plaintiff A, Defendant C’s 3/49 shares, Defendant D’s 2/49 shares, and Defendant E.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 24, 2010, the Plaintiffs entered into a pre-sale agreement with Nonparty F on each of the following terms with respect to one-seven shares of the real estate listed in the attached Form F (hereinafter “instant real estate”) owned by F (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
