A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Cheongju District Court on December 10, 2015, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for December 18, 2015. The judgment became final and conclusive on December 18, 2015.

1. On March 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a C body-man car from around 900 meters to around 729 (Hacheon-dong), from the front road of the Cheongcheon-dong community service center located in 216, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, and from around 900 meters to the front road of the 729 (Hacheon-dong), without obtaining a driver’s license on March 2, 2016.

2. No owner of a motor vehicle who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car without being covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.

[2017 Highest 1758] From around 21:00 on June 20, 2016 to around 00:22 of the following day, the Defendant driven a car with no driver’s license from the front of the E apartment in which the Defendant was living in the Cheongju-si, the petition-gu D, to the front of the Cheongju-si, located in the same Cheongju-si, via the road located in front of the Cheongju-si, the same Gu, to the front of the 168 Cheongju-ro, the same Gu, without obtaining a driver’s license.
