Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:55 on July 31, 2016, the Defendant was driving a B-low driver’s vehicle under the influence of alcohol by approximately 20km in the section of about 120km from the roads near the Kungdong-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si to the roads near the Gungdong-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Seoul, to the roads near the 128km upstream line of the Kannam Expressway Highway, and while under the influence of alcohol by 0.213%.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) led the Defendant to move along the two-lanes between the two-lanes on the CheongTool-Tool road and the two-lanes on the Cheongol-Tool Highway, as set forth in Paragraph 1, while driving the lutool car and the luto-do motor vehicle as set forth in paragraph 1.
