Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months and by a fine of four million won, and by a fine of two million won, respectively.

1. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) between the Defendant and E (V, 28 years old); (b) between the Defendant and E (V) had a male engaged in sexual traffic; and (c) upon E’s sexual traffic with a male and sexual traffic, the Defendant agreed that E would have divided KRW 200,000 into KRW 120,00 and KRW 80,000.
On September 16, 2015, the Defendant promised to conduct F’s “F” hosting with G as if he was a woman at an insular place at around 21:00, and promised to do so, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on the same day, proposed E to move from the front of the H restaurant located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to G to 300,000 won after having met with the said G and then received KRW 20,000 from G, and arranged commercial sex acts by inducing sexual intercourse.
2. On September 16, 2015, Defendant B, despite being aware of the fact that the above E is engaging in sexual traffic upon A’s request, aided and abetted A to arrange sexual traffic in a manner that, in front of the above Jmosur, he went off E from the street before the above Jmosur to SM5 car, and then driving a car to the front day of the above H cafeteria where E wishes to meet the other party of sexual traffic, while driving the car to the front day of the above H cafeteria.
Defendant A and K (no indictment is available on the same day) of the 2016 Highest 3083 term Defendant A and K (no prosecution is available on the same day) recruited female sexual traffic by advertising to recruit female sexual traffic at “L,” etc., which is an Internet site, and the Defendants and K recommended female sexual traffic to engage in sexual traffic by using a telecomting function of cellular phone application such as “M”, “N”, etc., and decided the time and place of sexual traffic with the male who wished to engage in sexual traffic. Defendant A and K conspired to allow female sexual traffic to engage in sexual intercourse at the time and place as promised with male customers.
The Defendants, along with K, from the end of December 2, 2015 to February 22, 2016 (Defendant A from the end of January 2016 to February 22, 2016), using a cell phone device at the 301 log of the building located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (M and N, etc.).
