1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On June 25, 2010, the Plaintiff promoted to the First Lieutenant of the Marine Corps as a Staff sergeant of the Marine Corps, and thereafter served as the Grand Forces B of the Second Marine Corps from February 7, 2017 to May 15, 2018, respectively.

B. On September 20, 2018, the Defendant issued a disciplinary measure against the Plaintiff for dismissal under the grounds for disciplinary action as specified in the following table:

Accordingly, even though the plaintiff is a married person, the plaintiff violated his duty to maintain dignity by doing so.

On January 11, 2018, the Plaintiff in violation of a duty to maintain dignity (Intimidation) reveals that Hasa D talks about another person in G hotel in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the ground that Hasa had a talk about his/her relationship with him/her, and that Hasa D talks about Hasa, Hasa F and Hasa, Hasa, Hasa, Hasa, and Hasa.
