1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff asserts that, on June 11, 2010, Solomon Mutual Savings Bank received the principal and interest of loans from the above savings bank, and sought payment of KRW 31,860,79 as transfer money from the Defendant.

It is insufficient to find that the Defendant entered into a loan contract with Solomon Mutual Savings Bank to the Plaintiff solely on the basis of the descriptions of evidence Nos. 1 through 6, and there is no evidence to find otherwise. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s above assertion is without merit and is so decided as per Disposition without any further need.
