A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 903"
1. On February 16, 2016, at around 21:40, the Defendant driven a cub car in B without a motor vehicle driver’s license at a section of about 16 km from the center of the central expressway in the direction of the Chuncheon in the front city to the point of 316 km away from the center of the central expressway in the front city.

2. On March 10, 2016, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven a cub car in B at approximately 2 km from the front of the detached apartment located in the Suwon-si, 30-dong, G, G, to the front of the new world department store located in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, G, to the new world department store located.

3. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant driving a vehicle C at a section of about 1km from the 11125-on hand-on-on hand-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-on-
4. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, who owned the said C vehicle without mandatory insurance, operated the said vehicle at the date, time, and place specified in Article 1. 1. of the said Act.

5. On May 5, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant driven a cub car in B from the front of the 159 Mine Park in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the front road of the 95 Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Suwon-si, the Military Manpower Management Board of Patriots and Veterans Affairs without a driver’s license.
