A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 17:00 on January 9, 2015, committed indecent act by compulsion, in combination with the behavior of the victim G (n, 49 years old), the victim H (n, 51 years old) who was found to be a customer from the main point of “F,” located in Daegu Singu Singu, E, in order to have the victims forcedly commit an indecent act while drinking together. The Defendant, at the stage, had the victim’s shoulder, kiddd the victim G’s chest and the part of the sound, her hand, her hands down the victim’s chest and the part of the sound, her hand, and her hand refused the Defendant, and she Had the victim H with his/her hand, and she had the victim h to take the body of the victim’s body in his/her arms, and had the victim enter the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victims.

3. Then, the Defendant again opened a door with the driver’s seat of the said vehicle and opened a driver’s seat, and knife the upper body of the vehicle above the driver’s seat with two hand, and flicked the upper body of the victim J one time at the left end, and flicked one time at the left end.

Defendant continued to do so.
